Deejay Telio performs in March 2026 at Campo Pequeno

Deejay Telio is set to mark a significant moment in his career with a solo debut at Sagres Campo Pequeno in Lisbon on March 21, 2026, according to a statement from the event promoter released today.

The performance follows the overwhelming success of his latest album “Reservado,” which rapidly became a digital sensation and affirmed the artist’s status as a leading figure in Lusophone urban music, the statement notes.

In “Reservado,” a collection of 13 tracks, Deejay Telio offers a more intimate and mature sound, blending afrobeat, hip-hop, and r&b influences, with collaborations from Slow J, Wet Bed Gang, Bluay, Irina Barros, Deedz, and Breyth.

Born in Angola and residing in Portugal since age six, Deejay Telio was raised in Vale da Amoreira, Barreiro, and began his musical journey “dancing kuduro,” before transitioning to production in 2007/2008, and began singing in 2009.

As a singer, he kept “trying and trying,” until 2015 when it really “happened” with the track “Que safoda,” he recalled in a 2020 interview regarding the release of the album “D’Ouro”.

Deejay Telio, now 29, has gained millions of views on YouTube, with “Esfrega Esfrega” surpassing 39 million views. The musician and producer acknowledges that this online video-sharing platform “was the salvation” for him and “all today’s artists”.

Deejay Telio’s debut album, “Happy Day,” was released in 2018.
