SigaApp allows you to take online, via your cell phone, a ticket for in-person service on the same day and also to remotely track how many people are ahead of you and the average waiting time until your turn.
Do you need to go to a Registration service and want to secure your password even before you leave home, and if possible estimate the time it will take to be attended to? All this is possible via your smartphone, using SigaApp, a mobile application available for Android and for iOS and macOS, which makes your life easier.
Through SigaApp, and with just a few taps on the screen, you can find the nearest service center to where you are (activate your location and set the distance you are willing to travel) or search by district, but also know the number of people waiting in a given space in real time. The application shows you an estimated time for service in the various spaces and even tells you the best way to reach the service, by consulting the map.
The Online Password option is available for services related to the Citizen’s Card and Passport, birth and death registration, and vehicle registration.
How does it work?
Select the entity Registration to access the list of IRN services available. Choose the service you want, then select the service location and collect the password. With the password automatically saved in the “my passwords” area, just show it on your cell phone when your turn comes.
The passwords available in the sigaApp, can be obtained during the opening hours of the IRN services and are valid only for the same day. In the service locations it is still possible to obtain a physical password, on paper.

Through the mobile application sigaApp, you can also schedule the face-to-face service for the place, day and time that is most convenient for you. You can schedule services related to the Citizen’s Card, Passport, birth, marriage, divorce and separation, death, registration of vehicles and documents, purchase and sale of property, application for nationality, companies and other legal entities, notarial acts, among others. You can also schedule attendance by videoconference to perform authentic acts in the Remote Attendance Platform (PAD).
