As part of the execution of the Justice Common Services Platform project, SGMJ presented the project for a shared document management system in Justice.
In the context of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Justice (SGMJ) was entrusted with the execution of the Justice Common Services Platform project – Constitution and Installation of the Justice Common Services Unit.
One of the objectives of this project is to implement a shared document management system, for common use by the various services of the Ministry of Justice, to enable interoperability between systems and to provide functionalities that will make it possible to set up the future Digital Repository of Justice.
The achievement of this goal takes advantage of the fact that several services already use the same basic solution, the EdocLink workflow, and implies the installation of the same version of this software in all these services.
The costs of essential updates, as well as the possible installation of new modules that may be deemed necessary, will be borne within the scope of the SGMJ project.
In this context, with a view to a first collective approach to the project by all the parties involved, on 26 January 2023, the SGMJ organized an exhibition of this project at its premises, followed by a presentation of the latest version of the EdocLink and its various modules in use, as well as the new features available, in order to make them known to all.
The aim of this presentation was to raise awareness of the establishment of agile mechanisms for articulating and listening to the participating services, with the aim of gathering information about the functionalities/modules needed by each one, in order to meet the technical requirements of the procurement procedure to be launched by this SGMJ.
For the development of the project, the various participating Justice bodies appointed focal points.
