
The Ílhavo Volunteer Firefighters successfully rescued a dog trapped inside a storm drain on Saturday.
In a post shared on Facebook, the firefighting team revealed images of the challenging rescue operation, noting that they were alerted by civilians at approximately 11:30 a.m.
“After locating the animal, we began the rescue operation, which was successfully completed,” they stated, adding, “Teamwork once again yielded positive results.”
A total of 15 personnel from the Ílhavo Fire Department, Ílhavo City Hall, and the National Republican Guard (GNR) were involved in the operation.
