The GNR reported that the arrest took place last Monday during the execution of a home search warrant and a vehicle search, resulting in the seizure of a shotgun and ammunition.
The arrested individual was brought before the Judicial Court of Mogadouro, where several restraining measures were implemented: a ban on approaching the victim within a 300-meter radius of her current or future residences and workplace, monitored via electronic bracelet.
Additional conditions include a prohibition on any contact with the victim and a requirement for weekly appearances at the local police station.
