On the website of the Environmental Fund, under the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the program is highlighted, and applications were scheduled to open at 11:00 a.m. today. However, the link to access the application form is not functioning, as observed throughout the day.
The only working link is for suppliers.
A source from the Ministry of Environment stated that the issue was due to high demand and noted that the servers are expected to be fully operational soon.
The program aims to improve the thermal comfort of homes and support families in purchasing efficient equipment and electrifying energy consumption.
Today, around 800 applications have already been submitted, but the source acknowledged difficulties with accessing the page and disruptions even when access is achieved.
This morning, prior to the opening of applications, scheduled for 11:00, there were 385,000 accesses recorded, indicating significant server pressure.

The program funds the replacement of up to three gas appliances with efficient alternatives, and support can reach 1,683 euros per family. Applications commence this Tuesday, September 30.

The program is designed to strengthen the fight against energy poverty, promote thermal comfort in homes, encourage the replacement of old equipment with new, lower-consumption devices, and accelerate the electrification of consumption by replacing gas appliances with electric ones.
The support is intended for items such as electric induction and conventional hobs, electric ovens, or electric boilers. Applicants whose applications are approved receive a support voucher for the operation.
