
Driven by strong performance in the holiday division and improved cost efficiency, pre-tax profit reached 658 million pounds (750 million euros), up from 602 million pounds (686 million euros) in the previous twelve months, marking an increase of 9.3%.
For the fiscal year 2024-25, operating profit rose to 696 million pounds (793 million euros), up by 18.2% compared to the previous period, while the group’s revenue hit 10.106 billion pounds (11.549 billion euros), an increase of 8.6%.
The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 1.439 billion pounds (1.640 billion euros), representing a rise of 5.9%.
easyJet Holidays’ tourism division achieved an annual gross profit of 250 million pounds (285 million euros), with 20% more clients than in 2023-24, totaling 3.09 million, thereby reaching its intermediate target ahead of schedule, according to the report.
Operationally, easyJet transported 93.4 million passengers, a 4.1% increase over the previous year’s total of 89.7 million, with a load factor of 89.8%, five-tenths higher than in 2024.
The number of seats offered rose to 104 million (+3.6%).
easyJet concluded the fiscal year with 602 million pounds (686 million euros) in net cash, strengthening its financial position, according to the company, which indicated that the board would propose a dividend of 100 million pounds (114 million euros), equating to 20% of net profit, to be distributed in March 2026.
The CEO, Kenton Jarvis, stated that the airline “continues to successfully execute its strategy,” enhancing profitability and customer experience.
“We are well-positioned to seize opportunities and confident in achieving our medium-term target of surpassing 1 billion pounds (1.138 billion euros) in pre-tax profit,” he added.
