In the euro area, the European statistical service revised the annual inflation rate by 0.1 percentage points lower to 2.0%, remaining stable compared to July and below the 2.2% recorded in August 2024.
Among the 27 member states, the annual inflation also remained stable at 2.4% compared to both July and August 2024.
