No winning ticket was drawn for the Euromillions 068/2025 draw held on Tuesday, August 26, resulting in the jackpot being rolled over for the next drawing. However, there is good news for Portugal, where a third-tier prize exceeding 29,000 euros was claimed.
The official Jogos Santa Casa website reports that the highest-tier prizes were won abroad. Two players correctly guessed five numbers and one star from the winning combination, securing the second-tier prize of 255,796.29 euros.
Meanwhile, a third-tier prize worth 29,891.90 euros was claimed in Portugal. This prize—achieved by matching five numbers—is shared with three additional players abroad.
It is noteworthy that in Portugal, prizes exceeding 5,000.00 euros are subject to a 20% stamp duty, as stipulated by current legislation.
With no winner for the full combination, the jackpot has increased to 40 million euros, set to be contested in the upcoming Friday draw.
