The Constitutional Court has deemed six specific norms unconstitutional, following two separate requests for successive review submitted by a group of PSD deputies and the Ombudsman.
“The remaining norms for which a constitutionality assessment was requested—almost all contained within the document—were not declared unconstitutional,” the statement reads.
