
In March 2025, exports and imports of goods recorded nominal year-on-year variations of +0.5% and +8.4%, respectively (+11.6% and +3.8%, respectively, in February 2025), according to data released by the INE on Friday.
The trade balance deficit increased by 682 million euros in March 2025, year-on-year, reaching 2,442 million euros.
In March 2025, the unit value indices (prices) registered negative variations in both flows, reversing the trend seen in the previous month, with -1.4% in exports and -0.9% in imports (+0.5% and +0.4%, respectively, in February 2025; -2.9% and -3.2% in March 2024).
