The Azores Burning Summer also offers a free-access program, including a beach cinema cycle, an Ecomarket fair dedicated to eco-design, and an electric vehicle exhibition.
Additional community programs include Habitat – Crescer Sustentável, aimed at younger audiences, and VIVE, focused on health literacy and promoting healthy habits.
The Azores Burning Summer maintains a capacity “below the established limit” to ensure “a quality experience and close interaction with the audience.”
Now in its tenth edition, the Eco Festival Azores Burning Summer aims to “assert its connection to world music and promote a more sustainable lifestyle,” boasting “the most international lineup ever” this year.
“With this ‘spirit,’ the Terra Nostra brand partnered with the project, lending its name to the main stage to facilitate a more international lineup and support social and environmental initiatives developed within the festival,” the promoters stated.
The organizers emphasize the festival’s focus on African sounds, highlighting its role in “uniting different cultures through music.”
