Festival-goers! There are three new names confirmed at the Crato Festival.

The Crato Festival, set to take place from August 27 to 30, announced three additional acts for its lineup this Thursday: Skunk Anansie, Fernando Daniel, and Nena.

Building on the already confirmed acts Plutonio, Mizzy Miles, Prof Jam, and Lon3r Johny (who will present the London project) along with a performance by Luis Trigacheiro featuring special guests Diogo Piçarra and Buba Espinho, the Crato Festival has unveiled several new highlights today.

Skunk Anansie has been confirmed as the first international act for the 2025 lineup. The British band, led by the charismatic Skin, is celebrating 30 years since their debut album ‘Paranoid and Sunburnt.’ They will return to Crato after 12 years for what promises to be an electrifying performance, according to the festival’s organizers.

Another addition to the Crato 2025 lineup is the singer-songwriter Nena. A native of Lisbon, Nena is known for hits such as ‘Portas do Sol,’ ‘Do Meu ao Teu Correio,’ ‘Passo a Passo,’ and ‘Segui.’ She began writing her own songs at 12 and embarked on her professional career with encouragement from João Só.

Fernando Daniel, a prominent figure in Portuguese music, will also be part of the 39th Edition of the Crato Festival. His performance will feature hits including ‘Espera,’ ‘Prometo,’ ‘Casa,’ ‘Voltas,’ and ‘Dois.’ Daniel is a regular fixture on radio and television.

In addition to the national and international artists set to liven up the afternoons and nights at the Crato Festival venue, the event will also feature a Crafts and Gastronomy Fair, which is a key part of this must-visit event for festival-goers.

Tickets are now available at regular outlets, starting at 12 euros.
