
The festival runs until July 9, featuring three concerts daily across two stages.
Today, the main stage will host the Jamaican group The Wailers, preceded by Kassav’, hailing from Martinique and Guadeloupe. The second stage will see a performance by Banda B.Leza, originating from the namesake club in Lisbon.
On Sunday, the festival will present ‘Cat Power sings Dylan’66’, in which American singer Cat Power recreates Bob Dylan’s 1966 concert in Manchester, following the exact setlist. Prior performances include Portuguese fado singer Gisela João on the main stage and A Sul, a project by Portuguese artist Cláudia Sul, on the second stage.
Swedish musician José González headlines on Monday, June 30, with Cape Verdean singer Mayra Andrade opening his main stage performance. The second stage will feature Malva, a solo project by Portuguese singer Carolina Viana.
On July 5, Brazilian singers Simone and Rogê will perform on the main stage, with Aline Paes on the secondary stage.
Italian artist Mario Biondi is scheduled for July 6. Preceding him are Portuguese comedian and singer Herman José on the main stage and The Lisbon Electric 4Tet, led by American keyboardist Jason Miles, living in Lisbon, on the secondary stage.
The festival concludes on July 9 with Brazilian bands Paralamas do Sucesso and Detonautas on the main stage, and Portuguese band Zanibar Aliens on the second stage.
A comedy day is set for July 2, featuring Pedro Teixeira da Mota and a group of comedians: Salvador Martinha, Diogo Batáguas, Luana do Bem, Hélder Machado, and João Miguel Costa.
Within the festival grounds, a designated area offers food and beverage outlets.
Tickets for the Jardins do Marquês – Oeiras Valley festival range from 25 euros to 85 euros, depending on the day.
