
A fire outbreak prompted firefighters to respond to a restaurant in Rossio, Lisbon, on Sunday morning.
The Lisbon Fire Brigade confirmed that the alert was issued at 10:19 a.m., and the fire was extinguished about an hour later.
The incident involved a fire outbreak in the kitchen of the dining establishment located at Praça D. Pedro IV, with the cause of the fire still unknown.
The extent of material damage will be assessed after the site cooling process. It has not been confirmed if there were any injuries or assistance provided.
In addition to the Lisbon Fire Brigade, the Public Security Police (PSP) and the National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM) were also present at the scene.
