On Saturday, the Volunteer Firefighters of Nordeste in São Miguel, Azores, successfully rescued a dog in the parish of Lomba da Fazenda (images available in the gallery at the top of the text).
The alert was received at 3:05 PM.
At the scene, according to the firefighters, four personnel equipped with high-angle rescue gear, supported by a vehicle, were deployed for the operation.
On the corporation’s Facebook post, many members of the public expressed their gratitude with comments.
“Beautiful, congratulations,” “Thank you,” and “I am so proud of you” were some of the comments left on the page of the Associação Humanitária dos Bombeiros Voluntários do Nordeste.
