A source from the Sub-regional Command of Tâmega and Sousa reported that the fire has consistently affected brush areas without threatening residential properties.
The alert for this fire was raised at 5:40 PM on Thursday. As of 9:00 AM today, firefighters have been assisted by seven aerial units.
Currently, 111 personnel are on the ground, supported by 35 vehicles.
