The Portuguese Sea and Atmosphere Institute (IPMA) has issued a weather warning effective until midnight on Monday, indicating the likelihood of “occasionally strong and persistent precipitation.”
This yellow alert is the second level on a four-tier scale (green, yellow, orange, and red), which classifies warnings based on the severity of the forecasts.
