
Authorities reported several arrests for possession of a substance suspected to be narcotic, existing warrants, and two for resisting and coercing an officer.
The operation, occurring from 10:30 PM Friday to 1:00 AM Saturday, identified approximately 150 individuals and seized 12 bottles of nitrous oxide, narcotics, more than 17,000 euros in allegedly illicit cash, and two bladed weapons.
Following one arrest for resisting and coercing an officer, a Public Security Police (PSP) member suffered an arm strain, requiring hospital transport to São Francisco Xavier Hospital and was rendered unfit for duty.
The operation involved 60 officers from various sectors of the Amadora PSP Division, and results were reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Sérgio Soares, the PSP spokesperson, stated that the detainees, two men and two women, are aged between 18 and 45.
