A car accident on Sunday in Barreiro resulted in six people sustaining minor injuries, according to the Sub-Regional Command of Civil Protection of the Setúbal Peninsula, which reported the incident at 10:03 p.m.
A source from the command detailed that the injured included four children and two adults, who were transported to the Barreiro Hospital following the accident on Avenida do Parque da Cidade, in the parish of Santo André.
The accident involved only the vehicle that went off course and affected traffic flow. However, normal conditions were restored by 11:45 p.m., the source noted.
