Four people have been left homeless following a fire at their residence in the parish of Água Longa, Santo Tirso, according to the Sub-Regional Command of the Porto Metropolitan Area.
“The alert for the fire, which is still ongoing [as of 07:10], destroyed the residence located on Rua do Barreiro in the parish of Água Longa. There are no injuries, but one person was transported to the hospital due to an anxiety attack,” the source reported.
As of 07:10, the scene was attended by 20 operatives supported by eight vehicles.
