According to a source from the West Sub-Command of Emergency and Civil Protection, four firefighters sustained minor injuries and were transported to the Hospital in Torres Vedras.
The incident alert was raised at 1:20 PM, occurring in the Serra das Capuchas while the firefighters were in a training session for fuel management strips.
“There was a terrain collapse, and the vehicle overturned,” the source further indicated.
