At least four people were burned to death early Sunday inside a vehicle on Avenida das Forças Armadas, Lisbon.
The information was initially reported by SIC Notícias and confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto by the Lisbon Public Security Police (PSP).
A source from the Lisbon Fire Brigade informed Notícias ao Minuto that the alert was received at 03:41 for a vehicle on fire on the public road, near the access to Eixo Norte-Sul, heading towards Ponte 25 de Abril.
The same source also confirmed that operations are still ongoing at the scene and that, for now, the cause of the incident has not been determined.
There are 13 operational firefighters from the Lisbon Fire Brigade at the site, supported by three vehicles, along with PSP officers.
