Fuels 10% cheaper. Plenergy opens new low-cost gas stations.

Plenergy, a low-cost fuel operator in the Iberian Peninsula, has announced the opening of two additional fuel stations in Portugal, located in Vila Nova de Gaia (on Avenida Vasco da Gama) and Paços de Ferreira (on Rua dos Moinhos, at the Capital do Móvel stadium roundabout).

“The new stations are situated in residential and high-traffic areas, making it easier for consumers to access high-quality fuels at reduced prices (at least 10% below the regional average) conveniently. Through this model, the company also contributes to reducing the environmental impact associated with traveling to more distant areas to refuel at low prices. Currently, Plenergy operates stations in four districts: Porto, Guarda, Viana do Castelo, and Santarém,” the statement reads.

According to the brand, these inaugurations “bring the total number of units nationwide to five, following openings in Guarda, Viana do Castelo, and Cartaxo, all of which have been met with strong consumer acceptance.”

“The opening of these two new units consolidates Plenergy’s growth plan for the Portuguese market, where the company aims to reach at least 15 stations by the end of 2025,” the statement further notes.
