September begins with both good and bad news for Portuguese drivers, as fuel price trends for the coming week are headed in different directions.
The Automóvel Club de Portugal (ACP) has released its forecasts for fuel prices next week. According to this organization, diesel and gasoline will experience different financial adjustments, starting from September 1.
This means that the price of diesel will increase by 0.5 cents per liter, while gasoline will decrease by the same amount (0.5 cents per liter).
If these forecasts are confirmed, the average price of simple diesel is expected to rise to 1.550 euros per liter (€/l). Meanwhile, the average price of simple 95 gasoline will fall to 1.693 €/l.
