
A source from Civil Protection informed that the incidents predominantly impacted the northern region of mainland Portugal, recording 123 fallen trees, 82 collapsed structures, 66 floods, and at least 56 road clearances.
Within the Porto Metropolitan Area alone, 108 incidents were reported.
The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) released a statement indicating that the post-tropical depression Gabrielle has now moved into Spanish territory.
IPMA further noted that starting Monday, the 29th, an improvement in weather conditions is expected, with a gradual increase in temperature, particularly the maximum, clearer skies, and a gradual decrease in wind.
