“A Meo will proceed, in 2026, with the price update contractually scheduled, except for the services of the digital brand Uzo and the brand for the youth segment, Moche,” states an official source from the operator.
“This update contributes to maintaining the high standard of quality and the level of investment in innovation and in mobile and fiber optic networks,” Meo states.
Vodafone will also update its prices in the coming year.
“On January 9, 2026, the price of Vodafone services will be updated to a maximum value of the inflation rate forecast for 2025 and according to contractual conditions,” indicates an official source from Vodafone Portugal.
More information can be consulted, starting from that date, at vfpt.pt/condicoes2026, according to the operator.
According to the information available on the link, Vodafone Portugal states that the changes in prices allow it to “continue investing” in its networks, products, and services.
“This update, across many industries, allows us to adjust our operations to the increasing costs of network maintenance and innovation and service quality,” reads the website.
“The price update does not apply to new contracts or renewals made from November 11, in the consumer segment. It also does not apply to prepaid customers and the most recent tariffs, namely, RED All In, Yorn Chill, and Net+ and Black Friday offer,” Vodafone states.
For new subscriptions, refidelizations, and business service upgrades, “the price update will not be applied during the first six months, that is, until July 8, 2026”.
