Barcelona, Spain, September 25, 2025 — Portuguese fado singer Gisela João and the band Paus are among the lineup for the Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona, scheduled for June next year, the organization announced today.
The list of 150 artists released today is the earliest announcement ever, according to the organization. Headlining the event are The Cure, Doja Cat, The XX, Gorillaz, Massive Attack, Addison Rae, My Bloody Valentine, PinkPantheress, Skrillex, and Peggy Gou. The lineup also includes names such as Lola Young, Kneecap, Rilo Kiley, Slowdive, Melt Banana, Merzbow, and Panda Bear.
“It’s about time to return,” wrote Paus in a social media post today, recalling their connection with Primavera Sound dating back to 2012. Meanwhile, Gisela João shared a message confirming her participation in the Catalan festival.
The 24th edition of Primavera Sound in Barcelona will take place from June 3 to June 7 next year, just days before the Porto edition, which does not have a lineup yet.
Tickets for the general public for the Barcelona event will go on sale on September 30, priced at 350 euros plus fees.
