Notifications indicate that the government aims to follow and monitor the 2025-2028 multi-year agreement for the improvement of public administration workers currently in effect.
The meetings are scheduled for Friday, July 4, at the Ministry of Finance in Lisbon.
In November, the government reached a new agreement with two public service union structures, Fesap and STE, to enhance public administration workers. This agreement, among other things, stipulated an increase in the minimum wage for government employees to 878.41 euros this year.
The agreement also includes salary increases of 56.58 euros for monthly gross salaries up to 2,631.62 euros and a minimum of 2.15% for higher salaries this year.
