The Ministry delivered 113 vehicles to the National Republican Guard (GNR) on Friday, adding to the 44 already delivered on Tuesday.
Additionally, 51 cars were handed over to the Public Security Police on Wednesday, as part of the Security Forces and Services Infrastructures and Equipment Programming.
The Ministry of Internal Administration (MAI) stated that this enhancement of the security forces’ fleet represents a total investment of 7.4 million euros.
“The objective is to enhance operational capability and preventive capacity while addressing the shortage of equipment, police vehicles, and other instruments,” the Ministry stated.
