The authorities issued three directives on Wednesday instructing regulators to conduct audits and a comprehensive technical analysis of the incidents that occurred during the outage on Monday.
In a statement, the Ministry indicated that “this independent evaluation, prioritized and urgent in nature, will culminate in a report prepared by each of the entities,” adding that “the document should be submitted within a maximum of 20 days and must also offer clear conclusions and concrete recommendations.”
