According to a recent decision by the general shareholders’ meeting, two new members have been appointed to the Board of Directors, namely Joseph Courtney Brandt and Aleida Anneliese van Zutphen. This decision applies to the remainder of the 2025-2027 term.
The company’s Board of Directors now consists of five members, an increase from the previous three, as indicated on the company’s website.
Vincent Olivier Policard and Bernardo Maria de Sousa e Holstein Salgado Nogueira will continue as the president and vice-president, respectively.
João Manuel Manso Neto will maintain his roles as both an executive director and a voting member. Joseph Courtney Brandt and Aleida Anneliese van Zutphen will fill the remaining positions as voting members.
