
The Social Security mobile application has introduced a new virtual assistant aimed at providing answers to frequently asked questions, particularly regarding social benefits and support, announced the Institute of Social Security (ISS).
“The Social Security app now offers a virtual assistant to clarify common queries. Users can quickly and easily seek answers to their questions,” stated the ISS in a post shared on Facebook.
The ISS clarified that inquiries can be made regarding the following supports:
- Child and Youth Benefits
- Parental Allowance
- Child Assistance Allowance
- Social Inclusion Benefit
- Unemployment Benefits
- Partial Unemployment Benefits
- Sickness Benefits
- Social Integration Income
- Solidarity Supplement for the Elderly
- Funeral Allowance
The Segurança Social Mobile app is “available for Android, iOS, and Huawei.”
