The campaign for submitting IRS tax returns is ongoing until the end of June, and many taxpayers have yet to submit their declarations to the tax authorities. The Government has highlighted two advantages of automatic IRS filing through social media:
- Simplicity: “a faster and more streamlined process”;
- Convenience: “the possibility of submitting the declaration in just a few steps, without the need for manual filling”.
It is important to note that the deadline for submitting the annual IRS declaration is June 30. The law mandates that settlements must be completed by July 31, and refunds should be paid by August 31.
“If you do not confirm the automatic declaration within this period, it will be considered submitted by default,” the Government notes.
