Age-wise, 59% of high-growth companies are adult businesses (aged between 6 and 19 years), 24% are mature (over 20 years old), and 17% are young companies (up to 5 years), which are identified as Gazelle Companies.
The identification made by Informa D&B of these companies spans a period that includes the three fiscal years between 2020 and 2023, revealing 563 more companies compared to the previous period (2019-2022).
Informa D&B, a business information company, claims its business database is the most used in Portugal, with more than 500,000 users.
