A 56-year-old man has been arrested by the Polícia Judiciária (PJ) under strong suspicion of committing an aggravated crime of sexual abuse against a person unable to resist. The crime took place on June 28 at the Hospital de Portalegre, with the victim being a 19-year-old patient.
“The incident occurred in the Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health at the Hospital de Portalegre, where the suspect was undergoing treatment for various conditions, as was the victim, a young woman of 19 years,” it is revealed.
