Simulations for Lusa by DECO Proteste/Contas e Direitos assume a scenario with a loan of 150,000 euros over 30 years and a ‘spread’ (commercial profit margin) of 1%.
Meanwhile, a customer with a loan under the same conditions referenced to the six-month Euribor will see their payment decrease by 46.29 euros to 636.86 euros, based on the values of the last revision in February.
For a loan indexed to the three-month Euribor, the payment will now be 631.27 euros, below the 652.73 euros from the last revision in May, representing a reduction of 21.46 euros.
At its meeting on June 5, the European Central Bank (ECB) decided to lower interest rates to 2.0%, marking the seventh consecutive reduction.
