The family allowance values have been updated this year, and the amount beneficiaries will receive this month will reflect this increase. In the Social Security’s practical guide on the subject, the updated values have already been noted.
It is important to emphasize that the family allowance is a financial aid, paid monthly, to support families in sustaining and educating children and young people. According to Social Security, “there are five tiers, with the lowest receiving more.”
“Families in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th income tiers receive family allowance. Those in the 4th tier only receive up until the child is 72 months old. Families in the 5th tier do not receive it,” states the Social Security document.
How much is received?
