
The business volume of the group reached 474 million euros, marking an increase of 13.4% compared to 2023, as reported by Ibersol.
“In 2024, despite the moderate growth in the restaurant sector, Ibersol remained focused on maintaining sales volumes, ensuring a solid growth of 14.3% in ongoing operations,” it was highlighted.
The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to 96 million euros, reflecting a 29.9% increase compared to 2023, as indicated.
Ibersol emphasized that “the rise in wages and the commencement of operations of new concessions with provisional formats led to an increase in the personnel cost burden by 0.2 percentage points, representing 30.7% of the business volume.”
The company closed 2024 with 552 restaurants, compared to the 502 it had at the end of 2023.
Taking into account the results of 2024, the Board of Directors proposes the distribution of a dividend of 0.7 euros per share, totaling approximately 29 million euros.
