The government announced on Monday the extension of various deadlines for fulfilling tax obligations in areas affected by wildfires, as previously approved by the Council of Ministers.
“This waiver applies to tax obligations whose deadlines fell between July 26 and September 1, including the payment of the Municipal Property Tax (IMI), which was due in August, provided these obligations are fulfilled by September 12,” stated a communication from the Ministry of Finance sent to newsrooms.
