Tammy Bruce, the U.S. diplomatic spokesperson, stated that during today’s discussion, both counterparts addressed “the strengths of the bilateral relationship.”
“Both leaders expressed their commitment to promoting transatlantic security and economic prosperity for the benefit of both nations,” Bruce noted in a State Department statement.
On the social media platform X, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned that in today’s “important conversation,” the two officials “reviewed the bilateral agenda (…) and reaffirmed the excellence of the historic relations between the two countries.”
