The National Authority of Medicines and Health Products (Infarmed) has announced the suspension of the wholesale distribution activities of two companies by the Romanian competent authority due to non-compliance with the good distribution practices for human-use medicines.
In light of this, Infarmed advises all entities not to commercialize medicines from these two distributors and encourages them to report the issue to the regulator via email at di*****@******ed.pt.
It warns that medicines supplied by unauthorized distributors should be considered counterfeit, as their quality, safety, and efficacy are not assured.
