
Inflation reached its lowest level since October 2023, at 16.58%, marking a decline of 11.74 percentage points compared to the same month in 2024 (29.17%) and a reduction of 0.73 percentage points from September 2025 (18.16%).
The health sector saw the highest price increase (20.86%), followed by transportation (20.39%), various goods and services (19.06%), and alcoholic beverages and tobacco (17.93%).
Food and non-alcoholic beverages contributed 10.72 percentage points, accounting for 61.52% of the total inflation.
Among the provinces, Cabinda recorded the highest inflation rate (29.64%), while Luanda registered the country’s lowest at 15.63%.
