The real estate company Grão Pará has announced via a statement to the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) that Euronext Lisbon has issued notice 228/25. This notice informs that the ordinary shares issued by Imobiliária Construtora Grão Pará will be delisted from Euronext Lisbon effective November 19, 2025.
The final day for trading its securities is set for November 18.
Euronext decided on this exclusion due to the company being declared insolvent.
Grão-Pará was declared insolvent by the court approximately three weeks after filing for insolvency with the Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Lisboa on August 22. This followed a unanimous decision by its shareholders to declare the company insolvent during a general assembly on July 23.
Over the past 15 years, the company has recorded negative results, except for 2024, when it posted a profit of 617,724.43 euros.
This positive outcome was attributed to the reversal of the impairment of the balance of its associate Grão-Pará Agroman.
The company has not engaged in any exploration or commercial activities for several years, thus generating no income, according to a note also sent to the CMVM during the announcement of the general assembly to decide on the company’s insolvency.
The company has survived through loans from Abel Pinheiro, the administrator of the group, and his direct family members, totaling more than 1.5 million euros.
Various members of the Board of Directors have been performing their duties without remuneration.
The Grão-Pará group comprises Imobiliária Construtora Grão Pará and associated companies, with activities primarily in the tourism and real estate sectors.
