The subway service on Lisbon’s Blue Line has been suspended due to circumstances beyond the control of the metro service, as announced at 9:05 PM.
“The time required to resume operations may exceed 15 minutes. We appreciate your understanding,” the statement read.
The Lisbon Metro operates daily across four lines: Yellow (Rato-Odivelas), Green (Telheiras-Cais do Sodré), Blue (Reboleira-Santa Apolónia), and Red (Aeroporto-São Sebastião).
Typically, the metro runs from 6:30 AM to 1:00 AM.
