
The regions of Évora, Guarda, Beja, Castelo Branco, and Portalegre have been issued a yellow weather warning due to “persistent high maximum temperatures.” This alert is effective from 9:00 AM on Tuesday until 6:00 PM on Thursday.
In Bragança and Vila Real, the yellow warning comes into effect starting at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, lasting until 6:00 PM on Thursday.
The IPMA has also issued a yellow warning for the south coast of Madeira Island between 9:00 AM on Tuesday and 9:00 PM on Wednesday due to hot weather conditions.
The yellow warning, the least severe on a scale of three, is issued when there is a risk situation for certain activities dependent on the weather conditions.
