A person died on Sunday night, September 14, in Cartaxo, Santarém district, the victim of an assault with a bladed weapon.
The information was confirmed by the Polícia Judiciária (PJ).
Details regarding the victim’s gender, age, and whether any suspects have been arrested remain unavailable at this time.
The alert for the stabbing was issued at 21:08 last night.
On the scene were the Public Security Police (PSP), Cartaxo Municipal Firefighters, and the Emergency Medical and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER) from Santarém Hospital.
The PJ, who were subsequently called to the scene, is in charge of the crime investigation.
