The Santander Bank announced on Wednesday its search for young individuals with digital profiles eager to advance their careers for a year through the international Santander Retail Graduate Programme.
This initiative, launched in Portugal, Chile, Mexico, Spain, and Uruguay, and soon to be introduced in Argentina, Brazil, Poland, and the United Kingdom, will offer over 80 positions for final-year students or recent graduates with up to two years of professional experience to develop their talents at Banco Santander, according to a statement obtained by Notícias ao Minuto.
Applications can be submitted here until May 30, 2025.
Selected candidates will join the global Commercial and Retail Banking division, where they will engage in strategic projects fundamental to the digital and commercial transformation of the Group. Furthermore, participants will receive specialized training through a three-week bootcamp designed to enhance their digital and business skills, according to the released statement.
