Das 15 companies listed on the PSI index, 12 fell while three rose.
Leading the declines was Ibersol, which dropped 7.06% to 9.48 euros, followed by Mota-Engil, whose shares depreciated by 4.66% to 3.89 euros.
BCP retreated 3.72% to 0.67 euros, EDP Renováveis fell 2.04% to 9.58 euros, and Sonae decreased by 2.02% to 1.16 euros.
Other companies experiencing declines of over 1% included Jerónimo Martins, down 1.76% to 21.18 euros, and Altri, declining 1.58% to 4.99 euros.
Closing with declines of less than 1% were NOS, down 0.79% to 3.79 euros, CTT, decreasing by 0.68% to 7.31 euros, EDP, falling 0.52% to 3.62 euros, Semapa, down 0.25% to 16.24 euros, and Navigator, declining 0.18% to 3.29 euros.
The only companies in positive territory were REN, which advanced 0.83% to 3.04 euros, Galp, rising 0.79% to 15.90 euros, and Corticeira Amorim, up 0.13% to 7.79 euros.
The rest of Europe also closed in the red today, with London falling 0.46%, Paris down 0.76%, Frankfurt declining 1.12%, Madrid dropping 1.41%, and Milan decreasing by 1.36%.
