Out of the 16 companies listed on the PSI, ten experienced gains, three saw declines, and Teixeira Duarte, Semapa, and Corticeira Amorim remained unchanged at 0.55 euros, 18.30 euros, and 7.20 euros, respectively.
Leading the gains, Altri rose by 3.24% to 4.94 euros.
Other significant increases were seen in Mota-Engil, up by 3.01% to 5.65 euros, EDP Renováveis, which appreciated by 1.70% to 12.55 euros, and Navigator, which rose 1.16% to 3.14 euros.
Stocks with gains below 1% included EDP at 4.15 euros, Sonae SGPS at 1.37 euros, Ibersol at 10.15 euros, REN at 3.06 euros, BCP at 0.75 euros, and Jerónimo Martins at 20.80 euros.
On the downside, Galp led the declines, dropping 2.59% to 16.54 euros, followed by CTT, which fell 1.40% to 7.06 euros.
Only NOS experienced a decrease of less than 1%, landing at 3.77 euros.
Elsewhere in Europe, Paris advanced 1.07%, Madrid 0.97%, Frankfurt 0.87%, and London 0.69%.
